Support and Services

Forward Search offers a variety of services that mainly is focused on assisting our partners in delivering projects for the benefit of their customers.

Offered services include

  • Product support – Standard or optionally Premium
  • Partner training – Introduction and Training
  • Presales services – Presentation for end customers, architectural advice and help with POC’s
  • Consultancy – Implementation services for partners and end customers

Forward Search Standard Support Service

Partner service includes free support via our Partner Portal. Support by e-mail, phone or WebEx (Remote assistance) by special agreement on a case by case basis. 

Support issues initial respond guarantee is 3 working days (but typically within same working day).

Forward Search Premium Support Service

Partner and their customers service includes free support via Partner Portal, phone or WebEx (Remote assistance), e-mail only by special agreement on a case by case basis.

Partner and their customers can be supported together on the same project. The customer will also be granted access to relevant information from the Partner Portal. 

Support issues initial respond guarantee is 1 working day (but typically within same hours).
